My story starts on the field—where coaching, connection, and unlocking potential first became my way of life. What began in athletics grew into something bigger: a deep passion for the art and science of human performance in the workplace. I’ve always believed that when you create the right environment—one where people feel seen, valued, and equipped to lead—extraordinary things happen.
Over the years, I’ve carried that belief into every corner of my career. As a former Chief Culture Officer and Director of Workplace Well-being, I’ve led with heart and strategy to shape workplaces that truly work—for people and for business. I’ve had the privilege of guiding organizations through change, helping them elevate leadership at every level and intentionally design spaces—physical and cultural—that fuel energy, unity, and growth.
Today, I work as a trusted advisor, strategist, and keynote speaker, partnering with visionary leaders to activate high-performing teams and spark culture transformations that are both powerful and lasting. My mission? To help organizations build environments where people can prosper—because when people prosper, performance follows.
I have had the opportunity over my career in the construction industry to build and lead some terrific teams and organizations. My passion has evolved over time. While I have enjoyed the excitement of tackling challenging and fascinating projects, I now find much greater meaning in building a lasting legacy – one that focuses on coaching, mentoring and developing future leaders.
I believe that many leaders may have natural traits that help equip them to lead. However, outstanding leaders are those that continuously learn, adapt to change and are consistently challenging themselves and their teams to learn, grow and perform at the NEXT level.
With Volt Strategy, I pursue my passion of developing great leaders and teams by partnering with people, businesses, and organizations to help them discover and help them cultivate the skills to excel in their industries and lead with confidence.
Clint DeBoer is all about helping people stay strong, safe, and ready—for whatever the day brings. As a longtime Captain and Training Officer with Sioux Falls Fire Rescue, Clint brings decades of experience in health, safety, and physical training to his work with VOLT. He’s certified in a wide variety of fitness, fire service, safety leadership, and emergency response areas—and knows how to turn that knowledge into practical, impactful strategies for today’s workplace.
At VOLT, Clint helps teams build a stronger safety culture, improve physical readiness, and lead with confidence and care. His calm presence, real-world insight, and coach-like approach make him a go-to guide for organizations who want to level up performance.
When he’s not training teams or serving the community, you’ll find Clint in the great outdoors—most likely hunting, or simply enjoying life in the fresh air.
Chase DeBoer is a senior at Tea Area High School and currently jumping into the world of business and marketing through his internship with VOLT. Known for his strong work ethic, leadership mindset, and drive to grow, Chase is an honors student with a passion for learning and high performance—on and off the field.
A standout athlete with a decorated football and wrestling career, Chase brings the same focus, discipline, and energy to his internship experience. He’s exploring brand strategy, content creation, and business development—and we’re thrilled to have his fresh perspective and fearless attitude on the team.
Chase is all about learning by doing, and this internship is a launchpad for his future in business and leadership.
